Dear society partners,

I certainly hope that this email finds you well and staying safe.

A kind reminder that the ERS senior elections are quickly approaching and will be open in the last days of May or first days of June and we would appreciate to have any members wishing to vote to be submitted via the ERS society portal before 21 May 2021.

In accordance with ERS constitution and bylaws, individuals are able to vote in the elections only if their membership has been activated before the opening of the elections. Any members uploaded after the start of the elections are ineligible to vote in these elections. There is always the option to check to see if a member is active using the ‘member search’ in the society portal. This search will only give results of active members and not of members who have not renewed.

Deadline: 21 May 2021

Submit: via the ERS society portal with a new list or using the MAC tool
